Crayoun Shin-Chan In the Philippines, the show aired on IBC-13 and RPN-9 in the early 2000s formerly with a Tagalog dub. Shin-chan was voiced by Andrew E., a multi-platinum awarded, movie actor, rapper, very well known for his suggestive lyrics.
Shinnosuke Nohara is a rambunctious five-year-old boy who annoys his parents, throws insults, loves his dog, Shiro and generally has fun getting into trouble. Shin-chan always says what he's thinking which is often shocking or insulting. He's an outspoken and increasingly lecherous child, doing what he likes, regardless of the consequences. Shin-chan likes to take off his pants and do what he calls his Mr.Elephant dance.
